[T3] Rear camber for 1970

<x-flowed>Hi all,
I need some advice about the rear camber of my 1970 notch w/AT.
Looking at the rear of the car, wheels are /-----\ (is this negative 
camber?), more on the left side than the right side, and the rear left 
corner is about 3cm lower than the right one. A shop told me shocks are both 
bad, can this affect the camber?. How i can adjust it? I am worried about 
broken rear torsion bar or bad spring plate. (If this is the case, can I 
replace them with Beetle or Superbeetle parts?) I haven't dismantled 
anything right now, because i have no tools. Last but not least, please let 
me know if is dangerous to drive my notch in this conditions, and if you 
know any spare sources in europe.
