For these matters, I recommend checking out
the following website. They have a bunch of 
great  how-to articles that cover paint care
along with other portions of our T3 anatomy.

They also do comparisons of the various 
products mentioned in previous posts along
with others.

I haven't bought anything from them, but I
have used their advice.
