I think it was something about Police blue ("blue of civil protection"). At the
Amsterdam Type 3 meeting there was a fire chief's car in fire engine red. I
think these would be specific colours used for the special models for these
applications, with the extra equipment required (eg 12V accessories, radio, blue
light etc. from the start) .
I may be on the wrong track about this, and I've no idea what "trape of limps
with gloves" means. French or German would be fine, (not Flemish though).
