I'm glad you brought this up! My wife, myself, and another couple are doing
a whirlwind visit to Europe in March. We'll mainly be in Germany, but are
also planning to visit Austria, Italy, Switzerland, and France. We'll be in
Wolfsburg the last couple days of our trip exploring the Autostadt and
Wolfsburg museum. I'll try to get some pics of our trip on my website when I
return.

My focus will be on Type 3's and early Type 2's, so let's see what pops up!
Are there any folks on the list from the Southern Germany/Rhine Valley
region?

On another note, I was watching the FIA World Rally Championships on Speed
Channel yesterday and they showed some footage of road rally's from the
60's. I spotted a Notch burning up the mountain roads in Monte Carlo. That
baby was sideways through the hairpins, spitting gravel like mad... pretty
darn cool!!
