Sorry to report Jim, that we have omitted this "handle", as you noted it is
not needed..
The remaining 4 bolts inside the fan housing have been loc-tight 'ed in and
also have crush washers installed. I have personally[along with a few others
that I know of] run my 2.0 liter with out this handle in place.
I have had no issues with the fan housing coming loose ( and i think i buzz
my motor a bit harder than most people do ..other than toby and Per...)
All motors that I assemble will get the Lock-tight/Crush washer treatment.
Sorry, we all have a few minor differences.
