Hi Neil, 22 not bad!?- its a lot worse than some with buses I know, but they tend to do long journeys and not so much city driving. Jets are as spec'd in Haynes and what came with the original carbs- g50 pilot, 127.5 main and 140 air correction- same on both sides. I think I have a pair of 132.5 mains (or maybe they're 135s) from older carbs which I'm thinking I should try. Its high co at idle that drops rapidly with acceleration- I can get it down to about 3 or 4% without the engine running too bad, but it runs better at the higher idle CO level.
