The bellows portion is so there can be som mis-alignment between the
engine and the body. I have seen a lot of T-3's with just a piece of
hose on there. My '66 is one of them.
But, when I bought the 3 truck loads of VW "stuff" from a salvage yard,
I noticed one laying in the dirt out in the yard, and grabbed it.
