I was driving my 62 notch yesterday to my friends wedding. I got about 10 min away from home when the car started to swerve and shutter. BAM! Hit the ground on the rear left at speed. I skidded 100 feet and pulled to the right. My tire and rim came off the drum! Scared the crap out of me. I had put a new drum on back there about 3 weeks ago. I guess I was smoking crack that day cause I obviously didn't torque the lugs. Check those lugs and keep your head clear when you work on the car. It may save your life!
