it is time to do emissions again (I wish my damn state would nock off this stupid emission crap for classics). Last time I had emissions done the Porsche shop I took it to said the only thing the found was tht throttle valve switch was off and voila it passed. So I need to verify it again. I did the adjustment in the bently but it is WAY too vague. I turn the switch (as I am facing it) counterclock ways and it would not always click. So do I recenter it or go all the way to the end and do it again. Anyway, I think I got it, but jim mentiond you need a multimeter to do it right. What do I measure? any combination of the three prongs I measured, gave me infinite resistance. That doesn't sound right by the test in the bent.
