The original would be a ZV/PAU 4R6.  I think the 4R6 is hard to find but
the 4R5 appears to be interchangeable and it is very common as it was used
on all Bug and Bus 40 hp engines.  It's the huge one with the condensor

Whether it would work correctly with a 1600 I am not sure, maybe a later
311 905 205 F ('66 1600cc single port dizzy) would be more appropriate?
