I suspect you mean the fresh air fan, the one under the dash.

Is the fan actually dead, or does it still work, but only on HIGH speed. There 
is a resistor that is used in the low speed and this one sometimes fails. Mine 
is now dead, after replacing it several years ago.

I may have a good used fan somewhere.
