<x-charset iso-8859-1> Hey G, I think Rocky Mountain sold you the wrong pully. I think the one you got is for a Bug. You should get the right size one from someone or someplace else . The original pully should just fit through the hole, It should take around 10 minutes to change generators on these engines and that is including swapping the pully. To swap pullys, I use a 13/16 wrench and a medium size Cresent wrench. The key needs to be pressed all the way down , with the rear of it , slightly lower. Your key keeps falling out right ?
