	My money is on... the hose between the manifold pressure 
sensor and the intake manifold is disconnected.  You said they 
replaced the spark plugs -- well, that's when they knocked it off!

	Don't let anybody give that shop another nickel.  They're 
totally guessing -- and they're totally wrong.  You're looking to buy 
this car, right?  Don't let the "running rich" be the make-or-break 
factor.  If the overall condition and price suit you, see if you can 
make a deal, pick it up, get it home, and work through the troubles 
with the list's help.  Heck -- use the poor running as a bargaining 
leverage in your favor!
