<x-flowed>I have 76 Golf (aka Rabbit) seats in my 73. All needed to make them fit 
was a little persuation with a BFH to make the rear legs about 1" wider 
apart. You also need to remove the adjuster handle and mechanism un der 
the seat. Other than that, they slid right in, and still retained the 
stock type 3 adjuster by the tunnel. Together with seat covers from TMI 
they look pretty much stock! Pictures at
