<x-flowed>before you get completely frazzeled (sp?) is your continued oiling an issue 
of old 'new' oil just continuing its journey from before?  there will be 
residual oil showing up for a time.  also, are you running spacers between 
the cooler and the case?  if not, you very easily could be overtightening 
the seals!  good luck with your continued journey
