Perhaps there's a clue here. The FI AT cars are supposed to idle at 950, I 
believe. That's about 100 rpm faster than the MT FI cars.

I don't know the carb AT specs, but 700 sounds low. That may be the whole 
problem.

Dave probably knows what this should be.
