by turning the torsions, you get the stock ride with the lowered look already. The ONLY time the lowered spindles would be of any use is of someone wants to SLAM the car, they would use the spindles AND turning the torsion bars. T-3s use torsion bars in the front, not torsion leaves (like T-1 and T-2), so re-indexing the torsions is very easy, and accomplishes the task nicely, which is why you haven't seen lowered spindles for a T-3 before.
