The rear upper should be obvious; it may have plastic screw fitted. The lower ones are under the rear seat, again with plastic screw plugs inserted. The parts book only specifies (front?) lap belts from Aug 66, and rear lap belts and front 3-point from Aug 67. There is an adaptor bush which screws in an M24 x 1.5 threaded socket in the body, shown with the lap belt, so it is possible the mountings are the big hole in 1967 models, but 7/16" from '68 models (Aug 67).
