When you're on mainbeam (130 watts each?), with wipers, ignition and
tail-lights, I doubt you're putting anything back into the battery! 22 Amps
of the regulator's 30Amp rating is for the bulbs themselves, marker and
tail-lights add up to about 2 amps, coil to about 2 Amps, and wiper motor
maybe 4A. Injection fuel pump needs 2A too, I guess. No stereo system I
assume? Could be you've got the alternator upgrade which will cure this
concern.
