[T3] Speaking of headlights...an upgrade?

Hi all -

One of my headlights just went out and I figured now is a good time to
upgrade. Does anyone have experience with fitting the newer, replaceable
bulbs, type of headlight? I can't figure out the difference between the H4,
H1, and Hb2s.

Also, my high-beams haven't functioned for a while. The lever on the column
doesn't even click when pulled back. Any ideas?
