I have an ever-growing list of things to do when I drop my engine this 
Monday. Now I find I have rust in my tank. As Jim says, I can probably just 
clean it. I am confident enough this is the case that I will clean it.
I find I have several options with that. I would get the POR-15 stuff, but I 
can't locate a retailer in the area (Wash, DC). I would like to have the 
tank ready by Monday night. Erf. Can you tell me a reasonable way to 
accomplish my goal?
