Electronic ignition won't cure the problem it the distributor drive gear
is set wrong. You should be able to use the T-1 distributor if the gear
is set right for a T-3. The advance curve is not quite right, but it
should work.
If you still want to go with an 009, I have one very cheap. Came out of
my '69 parts car, that had a blown engine.
