Fairly rusty covers a LOT of ground. Most of them can just be reused; the 
pads will clean them up. I rebuild the old hydraulic parts since the new ones 
are not of the same quality as the originals. It's also the most economical 
and ecological thing to do.

The cheapest thing is probably just an extractor exhaust. These are available 
from many vendors, but make sure that you buy one for a type 3.
