Like you say, it can be hit or miss. I would be wary of most of them, 
especially the valves, but in the past the bearings they had were MetaLeve 
which is a Brazilian OEM VW supplier and perfectly good quality. OTOH, 
they don't carry all the combinations of ID/OD/thrust, so they are not always 
useful.
