<x-charset iso-8859-1>Oh Boy,,, Ill try not to get too worked up... JC Whitney is an outlet for rejects and overstock. If they have it.. theres a reason! Not everything is bad,,, sometimes its extra stuff from a major supplier or the defect is easily delt with but the thing is YOU DONT KNOW! I wouldnt buy much from them again.. certainly not engine parts (ie, ALL of their regrind cranks are .030 and thats too much). Customer service is poor.... in general a place to avoid unless you know the specific item and are ready to return it... and if you call, even the rep doesnt know the exact brand youll get on many things. my 4 cents :) Keith > I'm not looking to rebuild anything quite yet, but I do have a recent J.C. > Whitney catalog, which has what seem to be reasonable prices for engine > rebuild stuff.
