I don't know this brand, but I have seen Italian valves which were junk. There are a couple of things you can do: Run a magnet over them; good ones will have 3-4 completely different regions, some magnetic, some not. All good exhaust valves will have the chrome plated stems. These will be clearly plated, not just polished. Intake valves are not a problem, but you need to be VERY careful when buying exhaust valves. Stick to known brands.
