If you do that I would be VERY intersted in hearing those results. I was 
reading on the Gene Berg site and came across one thing where they explain 
why they dont sell gauges. The article points out that they (Berg) have done 
"extensive" testing of a number of gauges, from a number of manufacturers 
and they are all "way off" as far as accuracy goes. One number I remember 
was for a head temp gauge, they were reading something like 300 when they 
had 500 deg applied to it. The gauge read 395 when they went up to 700 deg

Im sure VDO and other gauge manufacturers would have a different opinion :p
