<x-charset iso-8859-1> Jim wrote, I was able to swap the Pressure Sensor from another car and the problem was solved. =========================================== I was able to find a new one for a 140 bucks from a an American EFI distributor company (Carter) that had the sensor and the pump for around 150 each and they were original Bosch. Have you contacted Brent Instruments ??????????????????????? He rebuilds them. If you wish to frugal it then you can frankenstein one or several from the junkyard. My favorites are off Mercedes, Volvo's are high mileage and the diaphrams may be broken after those typical 200k Volvo miles. I just use the guts, it is cheaper that way. People may disuade you from this but the sensor I frankensteined is the favorite that I use right now, not as good as the mileage from the new one since it has the fuel enrichment diaphram and makes the car go faster. I assume you have the type with the enrichment diaphram (the bigger sensor without the flat rear ). It takes patience and hit and misses, once you got it give it a manual adjustment. I can guide you but be aware of frustration if you are not patient. O just have Bret Inst make it new again.
