Going to do the POR15 thing to it tomorrow night, or at least marine clean and etch it. POR15 will go on after that's cured, probably Friday night.. then put the front and back ends back on and get ready to swap the body over... *whew* I will be documenting it on my currently pathetically underdeveloped VWCompound website.
