<x-flowed>we can add to cylinder heat temps that fact that an exhaust isn't
matched to its motor! you have a big motor, moving lots of air you hvae
to get the air out. even worse, if you have big valves, and a small
exhaust, you loose all port velosity and can't evacuate the air charge
from the chamber efficiently enough. basically, if you have more than
about 110 cfm of flow capability in your heads, you need to run a bigger
exhaust!
