Cars older than 30 years must pass a safety inspection every two years to be legal to drive here in Sweden. My 1964 Notch passed without any remarks yesterday. Thanks to all who gave advice during my clutch change. I ended up changing the following parts when the engine was out: Clutch disc Gearbox input seal (was leaking) Valve cover gaskets + adjusted the valves Spark plugs (much easier when the engine is out) Air intake bellow (old one rock-hard and split when I removed it) Starter bushing Fuel hose between frame and engine I also found that the "ball part" on the throttle arm of the left carb was loose. It is riveted to the arm and I was not able to repair it. A spare 1966 carb donated its throttle arm.
