The squeal is the fuel pressure regulator (if you have a FI car).  It may 
quiet down after you get the car running regularly (has the car been sitting 
idle for awhile?).

What you describe could be several things, but you need to provide more 
details.  You need to tell us (remind us?) about the specifics of your car 
and what you have looked at.  Maybe bad timing, valve adjustment or 
something not right in the ignition department (points?).  Just guessing 
here in the absence of more information.
