The 2 clicks are correct and the squeal is normal in a lot of these cars. I think it is just air bubbles squeezing thru the pressure regulator, and it goes away as soon as the line is clear of air. My first thought is that you should check the system voltage with the engine warm and running at medium RPM. It should measure 14.1-14.4V and you should replace the voltage regulator with a genuine Bosch if it measures less than 13.5V. Low system voltage will make the FI run rich and this could produce your symptoms.
