[T3] Automatic Rough Shifting

The 'rough shifting' posts from Ben reminded me of a question I had.  My AT
shifts very hard from 1st to 2nd, both up and down.  It is a very loud
cluncking sound.  It does not happen all the time though, sometimes it is a
little smoother than other times.  Could this be the Vacuum thingy-ma-bob
(obviously I forget what this is called)?  BTW, the ATF level is good.
