I usually jack in the middle and put jackstands under the outside ends. The rear is harder. You want to go for some part of the rear subframe. If you can reach to the middle of the car you can go under the front end of the wishbone, or the center of the torsion bar tube. Then put jackstands under the plates at the outer ends of the torsion bar tube.
