I've never seen an FI trigger cam that was worn, but speck of rust seem to be rather common. Those should be sanded or stoned down, then cam grease will keep them pristine. Injectors go forever unless they leak or clog up. Leaky injector hoses can be replaced at much less cost than whole injectors. Yellow might well be original for a 70. I don't think a worn throttle switch would make it run rich. Pressure regulators don't drift off in my experience, but it is not difficult or expensive to make up a 0-30psi gauge on a hose to check this with.
