Jim,

On this one, there is no fluid coming out. I get about 1/2" in the top of
the tube and then it just moves back/forth on both sides. I don't even get
much of a flow pulling the bleeder screw out.

What else should I check?

If you put your tube down into the fluid and pump quickly there will always
be
some fluid return, but it will be minor. I suspect what you are seeing is
normal and not a problem. It is NOT a sign of a bad MC.
