there will be some swapping aloud, but no commercial swappers will be 
allowed.  so, if you have an extra fender or something, that is okay. 
if you have 100 fenders, that isn't okay.  also, you can always print 
up a list of parts you have for sale and make 'deals' for later.  also, 
so that car owners don't have to split their time, because the swap meet 
is 'small', you can have your parts at your car.  that way you don't 
have to be away from your ride to sell...'cuz we all know that you want 
to tell everyone everything about your car!!!!
