[T3] Yes, the subject is lowering a type3, AGAIN.

Well, the question is when you all refer to lowering it a spline/notch,
 are you generally refering to outside splines or inside. Just double checking before a friend and I bust out and finally do it to it. I'm
 planning three in front one in the rear, on a 145r15 in front and 165r15 in the rear. Wish me luck. Oh yeah, also is the something I need to do to keep the lower arm from flinging its self at me when I go to do this(in other words is there so much tension there that it will, or will it stay just about where it is
