When I turn the key on, the idiot lights come on, and the two relays by the voltage regulator click at the same time. It isn't cranking the engine. When I turn the key to start, the solinoid goes, but it doesn't turn the engine. It sounds like the starter is trying to turn but can't. I pulled it out and checked it before, and it orked fine outside of the car. I figured I should tackle the fuel pump first, then the starter.
