You can't say anything in general here. The 111 just means that this part 
was most likely first used on a standard Beetle while the 113 means that it 
was first used on a Super Beetle. Beyond that all I can tell you is that they 
serve the same function and that they have both been revised twice. They are 
both electrical system parts, but I don't know my part #s beyond that. 
(What's the 19 subgroup?)
