Depending on its condition and how many of the original parts are still there.

I'd say the cost could run into the thousands, and could take years.

Its the same idea. You should understand that it's not just a simple open 
hole. If you drill a hole thru the rocker to the interior of the car you will 
probably pass thru 8 sheets of steel. There's much more there than meets 
the eye.
