Yes. If it only happens while driving, and if you find a lot of water on the floor 
also, then check to see if there is a sealing grommet where the antenna wire 
passes thru the inner fender wall to the inside of the car. This was left out of 
a lot of cars and this will spray a LOT of water inside in a heavy rain.
