<x-charset iso-8859-1>Have to ask another dumb question. What does FLAPS stand for? Friendly local area parts store? -----Original Message----- From: Kris Kuckowicz [mailto:chached_jag@hotmail.com] Sent: Friday, February 01, 2002 11:34 AM To: type3@vwtype3.org Subject: Re: [T3] brakes Thanks for the info Jim, a friend told me to try a guy in a town just south of me, and he had the correct pads. Turns out that he used to work as a mechanic for VW in the 60's & 70's then opened his own shop. Finally I've found a FLAPS that isn't run by a bunch of drugged up highschool dropouts.
