The pump is mounted to the back side of the front axle beam. a little to
the right of center. Check that the wires that connect to the pump are
not corroded.

Spray a little WD-40 on the fuses, and then twist them. They build
corrosion just at the point where they contact the fuse box. I had to
replace all the fuses in my '66 when I got it.
