The Fuel pump is behind the front beam so you'll need to put the front end up on axle stands to get to it easily. If the problem is only when you've been driving in the wet, then it is probably the same reason that my fuel pump was intermittent a while ago. Unplug it and you will probably find that the little rubber boot that seals the plug is damaged or wasn't on properly. Just clean it up and seal it back up with insulation tape. No, I don't know where the pump is (how embarrassing). I don't think it's a corrosion problem on the fuses; they all look very clean. The inside of my car is in really good shape, nothing's rusted or corroded. I'll clean them, anyway, just to be sure.
