This is probably because the little "hatch" that the FI computer mounted to, on the left wall there, has been incorrectly installed. This lets water in and rusts out the floor. This is a common problem. That "hatch" has 2 screws at the top, but it also has 2 spring clips at the bottom. To install in correctly, you must work the lower spring clips over the edge of the inner body skin before installing the screws.
