Thanks for all the information!  Looks like I'll be spending some quality time 
with the trusty bently.  Along with the printouts from the info you guys 
provided.

As far as I know, not much should have been sandblasted... because I still have 
the interior in (kind of ratty... but there).  I really didn't even tell him to 
blast anything, but he obviously blasted something, I'm a little ticked about 
it, then I see the shining new coat of paint on top of nice metal where there 
used to be rust holes and it kind of makes me feel better.

I figured I'd have to take the sunroof apart one day anyways, if not just to 
see how it worked, this problem gives me an excuse to go ahead with it.  Along 
with a few beers afterwards, per Jim's request.  :)
