Are you sure you remembered to torque this side?  ;-)

I will often torque alternate sides of an engine coming up slowly in 2 ft-lb 
increments from 20 ft-lb. If I have time, I will do work on other parts of the 
engine, bringing up the head torque over several days, just to let parts settle 
in and come to equilibrium.
