<x-charset iso-8859-1>From: "Erick" <onet34me@yahoo.com> First of all, are you going to get a new email address now? Like me, you probably never figured you'd get a chance to own more than one, huh? > Guess what?!!! I am the new owner of a 63 notch that > this gentleman below gave to me! WOOHOOO!!! Congratulations!! Like all of us, I'm sure, I too was looking for a way to get my hands on another classic. My Dad lives in Boulder and I was trying to convince him to go get it for me when reality set in. I already have a Notch that I haven't finished, and I realized (Dad helped) that it really wouldn't be right to not even meet the presenter of up such an incredible Gift. Ick- Greed sure is a nasty monster. > Well I am in a new world guys and I will be asking all > of you Notchsters about everything I am sure. Its 6 > volt and single carbed. Can't wait. Hopefully we can help. My Notch was originally single carbed and I drove it that way for two years. Fun little thing, not fast, but neat to play with 'ancient' history. Definitely different. Also briefly drove a 66 Fastback, before I cut it up to save the Notch. I liked how the 6 volt starter sounded when I cranked it. > So thank you Mr. Tsontakis for a wonderful gift and I > surely fulfill your request by giving it a great home. > Also it will be returned to service once I have the > cash to get it properly maintenenced. I cannot tell > you enough how much I love this car! My son Joseph who > is 17 months old already likes it too. He says > "Dada car, vrroomm vrrooom." Which means- it > is now part of our family and I love it daddy. Now I'm all warm inside. Man I love this group. Freddie Lochner http://devoted.to/my69notch --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
